They need to know what to fix first, and they need help getting it done. That's what we learned over 10+ years at TaylorMade Global. Andra C Taylor Jr founded TaylorMade Global on October 31, 2016. Since then, the team has helped hundreds of small businesses build systems that support real growth. The same problems kept coming up: owners doing everything themselves, guessing at priorities, and watching time and money slip away. LaunchGenius is the 10-year reboot of that work. We took what worked, cut what didn't, and turned it into a simple, self-serve path. You take a short assessment, get a clear score, and get a roadmap that shows what to fix first, second, and third. Then we help you get it done. We're building LaunchGenius in the open. The build is our own case study: the same process we use with clients, documented live as it happens and shared on [LaunchPad](https://launchgenius.xyz/launchpad?hsLang=en). ## HOW IT WORKS Here's what the path looks like for you. ### 1. Business Launch Check Three minutes, free. See your business score right away. ### 2. Mission Readiness Assessment A deeper look at all 36 areas of your business. About 15 minutes, with your full report by email. ### 3. Your Roadmap A simple 90-day plan that shows what to fix first, second, and third. ### 4. Your Business Co-Pilot We tackle it one priority at a time, the way you choose. ### CHOOSE HOW WE WORK TOGETHER ### Do It Yourself Your roadmap and tools, at your pace. **$333/mo** [Choose this plan](https://launchgenius.xyz/hs/payments/RGDr7sfGzhztmT?hsLang=en) ### Do It With You We guide you and work alongside you. **$888/mo** [Choose this plan](https://launchgenius.xyz/hs/payments/PwHpfXkQdMhvtJF?hsLang=en) ### Do It For You We handle it, and you approve the results. **$1,111/mo** [Choose this plan](https://launchgenius.xyz/hs/payments/nxhcKsRbqb?hsLang=en) Month-to-month, no setup fee, and every plan comes with a seven-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
