Booster is the membership community operated by LaunchGenius at [https://booster.launchgenius.xyz](https://booster.launchgenius.xyz). It is not a separate company. By creating an account, browsing the member areas, or selecting “I accept,” you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service at [https://launchgenius.xyz/legal/terms](https://launchgenius.xyz/legal/terms?hsLang=en), and the Privacy Policy at [https://launchgenius.xyz/legal/privacy](https://launchgenius.xyz/legal/privacy?hsLang=en). If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms on cancellation, refunds, or disputes, the Terms control. ## The community Booster is a private community for business owners. Members may read profiles, join discussions, use a member directory, and take part in member programming. It is not a public social network, and it is not the paid consulting or roadmap service. Community access requires an active LaunchPro subscription. If that subscription ends or is cancelled, Booster access ends at the same time. Cancellation and refunds for LaunchPro follow the Terms of Service. A vote on Propellant disbursements is not offered today. If LaunchGenius later offers a Propellant program to active LaunchPro members, the rules of that program will be posted before any vote, and only active members may take part. ## Registration You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for your username, password, and all activity under them. You may not transfer the account. LaunchGenius may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks this Agreement or the Terms. ## Member content You keep ownership of posts, messages, and other material you submit (“Content”). You grant LaunchGenius a non-exclusive license to host, display, copy, and adapt that Content only as needed to operate Booster and to enforce these rules. LaunchGenius will not sell your Content. Do not post personal data you do not want other members to see. LaunchGenius may remove Content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive. ## Privacy Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. LaunchGenius does not sell member lists. Information is stored with service providers that may be located in the United States. LaunchGenius may access account information to operate the community, provide support, and meet legal duties. It will not change your profile except to remove material that breaks these rules or to correct a technical error. ## No agency This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency. Members are not agents of LaunchGenius and may not promise a disbursement, endorsement, or result on its behalf. ## Ending membership You may stop using Booster at any time, or end the LaunchPro subscription that carries access. Posts already visible to other members may remain until you delete them or LaunchGenius removes them under these rules. Ending membership does not delete records LaunchGenius must keep for billing, security, or legal duties. ## Liability Booster is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from this Agreement. LaunchGenius does not guarantee introductions, business results, or that a future Propellant program will be offered. ## Disputes This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, email [mission@launchgenius.xyz](mailto:mission@launchgenius.xyz) and allow 30 days to try to resolve it. Unresolved individual claims may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. Claims must be brought on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action. ## Other terms You agree to indemnify LaunchGenius and its members and agents from claims, losses, and reasonable attorney fees arising from your Content or your misuse of Booster. If one provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
