Partner Program terms

LaunchGenius, LLC · Plain-English summary of the Partner Program

Parties: LaunchGenius, LLC (“LG”) and [Partner Organization] (“Partner”).

Term: Ongoing until either side gives 14 days’ written notice (see End).

Product: The free Business Launch Check and all LaunchGenius subscription plans (Do It Yourself, Do It With You, Do It For You).

Payment: Members and/or the Partner may pay subscription fees; Partner sponsorship of seats is optional.

Share: Partner receives 10% of collected subscription revenue from the members it refers, on every plan, for as long as those members stay subscribed (paid monthly in arrears).

Attribution: By partner link. LG assigns the Partner a partner code (usually the Partner’s name in capital letters with no spaces, for example COBBCHAMBER) and a partner link, which LG sends to the Partner by email. Members who take the Business Launch Check from the partner link are attributed to the Partner.

Territory: Non-exclusive.

Brand: LG marks only; Partner may say “in partnership with [Organization].”

Data: Participant accounts and usage data are owned by LG. Partner gets aggregate counts and a named participant list for the members attributed to it.

Support: LG handles all member support. The Partner has no support duties.

Exclusions: No funding, legal advice, or revenue guarantees.

End: Either party may end with 14 days’ written notice; share owed through last collected month still due. Not a white-label or trademark assignment.
