Please add **ascend@launchgenius.xyz** to your contacts or safe sender list so your report doesn't end up in spam.

- **Gmail:** Open our email, hover over the sender name, and click "Add to contacts." If it's in Spam, click "Not spam."
- **Outlook:** Right-click our email and choose Junk \> "Never block sender," or add the address under Settings \> Mail \> Junk email \> Safe senders.
- **Apple Mail:** Open our email, click the sender name, and choose "Add to Contacts."
